About the Opportunity
A leading Tier 1 Residential Developer is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a major multi-phase RC frame new-build residential regeneration scheme in Surrey.
This flagship project is one of the developer’s largest and most ambitious programmes, offering a rare opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile development that will transform the local area.
The Role
As the Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of multiple phases of high-rise RC frame residential blocks, ensuring exemplary quality, programme performance, and safety standards. You will work closely with internal teams and trusted subcontractor partners to drive progress across complex build sequences within a live regeneration environment.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end project management
* Lead and coordinate site teams, engineering staff, and subcontractor packages
* Oversee programme development, short-term planning, and progress reporting
* Manage interfaces between phases, logistics, and sequencing
* Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental legislation
* Collaborate with design, technical, and commercial teams to resolve buildability issues
* Maintain strong stakeholder communication, including client and senior management updates
* Deliver projects to the required quality, on time, and within budget
About You
* Proven experience delivering new-build residential projects, ideally RC frame and multi-phase schemes
* Excellent leadership, communication, and contractor management skills
* Ability to manage complex programmes and oversee multiple work fronts
* Confident with reporting, planning, and driving productivity on site
* SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid; construction-related qualifications desirable
