🌈 Your Role as Early Years Practitioner:
Act as a key person for a group of children, supporting their daily routine and development
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
Build strong relationships with children and families
Observe, assess, and document children’s progress
Promote a safe, clean, and nurturing environment
Follow all health & safety and safeguarding procedures
Collaborate with your team and contribute to a positive workplace culture
🎓 What We’re Looking For:
Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification – Essential
Fluent in written and spoken English – Essential
1+ Year Experience in Early Years – Desirable
Knowledge of EYFS & regulatory requirements – Desirable
