They are seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality science education to students in Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of teaching Key Stage 5. Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging science lessons that cater to a diverse range of learning styles and abilities.
* Develop and implement a curriculum that meets educational standards and the national curriculum requirements.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help students achieve their full potential.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love of learning.
* Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to enhance the learning experience.
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
* Participate in departmental meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development opportunities.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and initiatives.
* Support extracurricular activities and school events as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
* A bachelor's degree in Science or a related field.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Proven experience teaching science at the secondary school level.
* Strong knowledge of the science curriculum and assessment frameworks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Commitment to continuous professional development.
* Eligibility for visa sponsorship.
* Experience with GCSE and A-Level science subjects.
* Familiarity with modern educational technology and digital learning tools.
* Experience in leading or supporting extracurricular activities related to science.
