Sr. EU Site Process Engineer, EUCF Process Engineering-Multiple UK Locations

EUCF Process Engineering team seeks Process Engineers to work in the UK Customer Fulfilment network. The Site Process Engineer is an on‑site position and collaborates closely with the FC Senior Leadership Team and EU PE functions to deploy improvement initiatives, build relationships, and enforce compliance within timelines.
* Back to Basics (B2B) Initiatives
o Identify top opportunities in the FC compared to other EU FCs and implement improvement action plans in collaboration with local Operations Management.
o Oversee the FC improvement program and align focus areas with the Senior Leadership team.
o Analyze process performance using standard reports or custom data analysis, present findings in daily dive‑deep meetings, and convert insights into tangible improvement plans.
o Review open Action Plans weekly, engage stakeholders to complete actions, and reach targets.
o Collaborate with central PE functions and region's Site PEs to clarify process questions and leverage expertise; benchmarking is encouraged.
* Continuous Improvement
o Drive network best‑practice implementation, leveraging local initiatives led with Ops and share them to EU PE for review.
o Strengthen the framework for capturing and scaling FC innovation; present new ideas to ACES process SMEs.
o Ensure large projects (10M$+ worldwide savings) are captured in the Operating Plan Q1 Project Intake annually.
* Deployment of EU Network Initiatives
o Ensure all assigned initiatives are executed on schedule and reach compliance.
o Support FC to commit to tests and pilots for EU projects to prevent delays and enable review across all EU FCs.
* Partnership with FC Ops
o Participate in daily Gemba with FC Leadership to stay aligned on top issues and associate feedback.
o Organize weekly LSC meetings with FC Leadership Team, updating on B2B, rolled‑out projects, shared best practices, and local initiatives eligible for test or pilot.
o Build strong relationships with Site Leader and FC Senior Management, gaining trust and buy‑in for initiatives; may support ad‑hoc process tasks (≤10% of time).
* EU Project Leadership
o Support or lead EU projects for scope expansion, coordinating multiple FCs.
o Deploy to site management operational team during Q4 as needed.
* Travel within area of responsibility; domestic/regional travel estimate 0‑10%.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, project management, operations, logistics, supply chain, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in lean or Six Sigma methodologies for operational, process, and performance improvement projects, including process mapping and re‑design.
