Overview
Warehouse Assistant Level 2 - On Call Evenings (22.5 hours + 15 hours). Mon–Fri 15:00–23:00. Temporary contract until 1 February 2025. Hourly pay £13.00 per hour.
What you’ll do
* Work as part of the Returns team at the QVC Customer Operations Centre in Knowsley, ensuring refunded customer returns are processed and consolidated within a 48-hour timeline.
* This role is PC-based; some tasks may involve lifting and loading heavy items up to 25 kg and the use of forklift trucks in certain returns roles.
* Be responsible for accurate data entry and supporting quality customer service as a priority.
Working hours and schedule
* Guaranteed minimum of 22.5 hours per week, with potential to flex up to 15 additional hours per week as required by the business.
* Hours allocated within Monday–Friday, 15:00–23:00; you will be given two weeks’ notice of your working hours each week.
What you’ll need to be effective
* No prior warehouse experience required; full training and support provided.
* Basic PC skills (data entry, navigating between screens).
* Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality customer service.
* Deadline-driven, efficient, and accurate in handling goods; capable of quick learning and maintaining energy and motivation.
* Reliability and punctuality are essential for team success.
