Fleet Refurbishment Executive Required for National Fleet / Hire Company - Addlestone, Surrey
1. Pay: £35,000 - £40,000 Basic
2. Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday ONLY
Are you an experienced professional looking to join a dynamic national fleet and hire company? We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Refurbishment Executive to support our clients busy office based fleet operations team based in Addlestone, Surrey. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a strong organisational drive to contribute to a leading provider in the fleet / vehicle refurbishment sector.

Duties:
9. Overseeing the inspection and assessment of vehicle damage following off-hire inspections or site check-ins
10. Coordinating refurbishment activities across our repair and preparation network
11. Communicating with repair suppliers to obtain estimates and updates on vehicle progress
12. Ensuring damage records and repair requirements are documented accurately and comprehensively
13. Monitoring refurbishment timescales and liaising with suppliers to meet designated targets
14. Supporting the resolution of customer queries related to vehicle damage or refurbishment status
15. Maintaining detailed records of damage, repairs, and refurbishment activities
16. Building and sustaining relationships with repair and refurbishment partners
17. Escalating repair delays or quality concerns to senior management as necessary
18. Providing operational support to the fleet technical and refurbishment teams
Requirements:
19. Highly organised, detail-oriented with the ability to handle fast-paced workloads
20. Previous experience in Bodyshop reception or fleet or rental inspection roles is highly advantageous
21. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer care
22. Proven ability to liaise confidently with customers, repair suppliers, and internal teams
23. Willingness to learn and develop skills related to fleet refurbishment and damage management
24. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
25. A full UK driving licence is essential
