You will be a key driver in expanding the company’s market presence, working closely with senior leadership to deliver results across multiple projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Business Growth & Strategy
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across a range of sectors.
3. Develop and execute strategies to grow market share and support long-term company objectives.
4. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
5. Collaborate with senior management to ensure business development aligns with wider organizational goals.
6. Relationship Management
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
8. Act as the primary point of contact for potential clients, offering tailored solutions to meet project requirements.
9. Work closely with pre-construction and project management teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
10. Support sales targets through proactive engagement and securing new projects.
11. Market Intelligence & Reporting
12. Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities, sales pipelines, and market trends.
13. Monitor industry developments and competitor activity to keep the company competitive and innovative.
14. Networking & Brand Promotion
15. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
16. Strengthen the company’s reputation and visibility in the construction sector.
Candidate Profile
17. Relevant experience in business development within the construction sector.
18. Proven track record of securing large-scale construction projects and managing client relationships.
19. Strong understanding of the construction industry and relevant frameworks.

21. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
22. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
23. Strong organisational and time management skills.
24. Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
