Peckforton Castle, an enchanting hotel in the heart of Cheshire are looking to recruit Brasserie Supervisor to work within our Food & Beverage Department.

Responsibilities will include:
* Supervising Brasserie team
* Setting up for Afternoon Tea and lunch
* Clearing tables
* Taking guest orders
* Serving drinks
* Setting up restaurant for evening service
* Glass/Cutlery polishing
Availability from 7am - 10pm weekdays and weekends, start and end times may be flexible.
No previous experience is required, you will work as part of an experienced and friendly team.
Own transport or reliable lift required due to our rural location.
