This job is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Key responsibilities include triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals, building a financial plan, and recommending brokerage products. Job expectations include applying and expanding knowledge by completing required licenses and trainings. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Employees are required to register and submit to the SAFE Act background check and registration process. Failure to maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary actions including termination.
Responsibilities:
* Work with clients to plan their short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions.
* Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client goals and needs.
* Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal service providers based on needs and asset thresholds.
* Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
* Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele.
* Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and product recommendations.
Schedule:
Monday – Fridays and rotating Saturdays
Required Qualifications:
* Hold Series 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65 in lieu of 66) licenses. If only a 63 or 65 is held, an offer can be extended with the condition of passing the missing series within 60 days.
* At least one year experience in the investments industry, including investment training and knowledge of investment products.
* At least one year experience in financial services or a sales environment with goals met or exceeded.
* Ability to set and achieve goals, build relationships, collaborate, communicate effectively, manage goals, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
* Time management skills and regulatory due diligence in daily activities.
Desired Qualifications:
* Strong computer skills and multitasking ability.
* Three or more years in financial services or sales with goals met or exceeded.
* Additional professional designations like CFP or CRPC.
* Insurance licenses.

Pay & Benefits:
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience, education, and skills. Incentives and benefits are available, including paid time off and support resources.
