We are partnered with a digital consultancy whose renowned global end client is seeking an experienced Contract Project Manager / Consultant to support a busy HR and Employee Relations function. This role requires strong organisational skills, confidence working with data, and the ability to ensure smooth operations across a multi-disciplinary team.
We are looking for a Project Manager with experience operating across end-to-end project delivery, who is very comfortable working with data teams to ensure smooth delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day activity within the team, ensuring all members are carrying out their responsibilities effectively.
* Work closely with internal units on cases involving restaurant compliments, complaints, and HR-related issues logged via the People Services Helpdesk.
* Manage the case-severity tiering process, including escalation of Tier 3 cases requiring external investigation.
* Support finance-related tasks, including advanced Excel work (pivot tables, analysis, reporting).
* Conduct regular data analysis to support operational decisions and reporting needs.
* Provide project support across planning, workflow improvement, and cross-team coordination.
* Previous experience in project management, consulting, or a similar operational role.
* Strong understanding of HR or Employee Relations processes (desirable).
* Confident working with financial data and large datasets.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to hit the ground running.
Contract Details
* £400 per day, Outside IR35
* 6-month contract with view to extend to 12 months
* Hybrid, London office once per week
* Immediate start
