Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Warehouse First Line Manager to join our Operations Group team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse operatives to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate daily operations.
This role is based on a 4 on 4 shift schedule. We are looking for both Dayshift (6am to 6pm) and Nightshift (6pm to 6am).
What You’ll Do
* Supervise, coach, and support warehouse personnel by preparing shift plans, allocating tasks, and overseeing daily warehouse operations to meet productivity and quality goals.
* Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and transport providers to act as the primary liaison, managing customer escalations and creating handover reports.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations by conducting daily safety checks, managing weekly system tests for fire alarms, and leading incident investigations.
What You’ll Bring
* Intermediate-level experience with established skills in effectively managing and motivating fast-paced warehouse teams.
* Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control processes, Key Performance Indicators, and health and safety regulations.
* Proven ability in organisational multitasking, problem‑solving, and exercising sound judgement under moderate supervision.
* Demonstrated competency and training in using warehouse management systems, planning tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
