The Role
We seek a proven Business Development Manager with a strong track record in the garment industry, ideally with healthcare sector experience. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across our healthcare uniform lines.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a structured business development strategy to grow sales in target markets
* Identify and engage new customers within the healthcare, care home, private hospital, and medical sectors
* Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract closure
* Collaborate with internal teams (production, marketing, logistics) to deliver tailored client solutions
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic direction
* Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings across the UK
Key Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Development Manager in the garment or workwear industry
* Strong understanding of the healthcare uniform market and procurement channels
* Proven ability to win and manage high-value accounts
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Results-driven, self-motivated, and commercially astute
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required
