Forest School Leader

32.5 hours, 5 days per week: 8.30am – 3.30pm, 38 weeks per year + INSET

Grade 7 Permanent Position

We are looking for someone to join our school to deliver forest school sessions for children aged 4- 11, alongside helping to develop our amazing outdoor setting in the heart of Lutterworth.

Based at Sherrier C of E Primary School the role will be 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) and you will be part of the outdoor learning team and therefore will be outdoors much of the time with some of the time in the classroom supporting learning as a teaching assistant.

4. Willing to undertake training and make learning fun.
5. Well motivated and able to use their initiative.
6. Passionate about enabling children to become happy and confident learners, loves being outside in all seasons, and can inspire children to safely explore and embrace all the wonders of the great outdoors.
7. Thrives in a busy, team-orientated environment and champions partnership working.
