Working as an Assembly Operative you will also support packing, inspection and general production duties, contributing to a smooth and effective manufacturing operation within a fast-paced environment. DUTIES Your duties as the Assembly Operative include: Assembly Line Work: Producing products based on measurements, drawings and instructions under supervision Product Assembly: Carrying out hands-on assembly tasks to meet production targets and quality standards Packing and Handling: Packing finished goods and loading/unloading materials safely Quality Inspection: Checking assembled products for faults or defects Reporting Issues: Escalating incidents, faults or defects to the Shift Team Leader Health and Safety Compliance: Following all manufacturing safety protocols and procedures Production Support: Assisting in maintaining efficient workflow across the production line CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Essential Previous experience in light production or assembly work Experience working to a production plan or targets Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to follow instructions and processes accurately Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Good understanding of health and safety practices Desirable Experience operating CNC machinery A valid forklift licence Knowledge of production machinery and assembly processes experience within a manufacturing or industrial setting APPLY TODAY… By submitting your job application to us you are hereby giving us your express consent to submit your details to our Client for this purpose.
