Package Description We are recruiting experienced Support Workers to join a private complex care package supporting a 16‑month‑old male child with high clinical needs in his family home. Shift Pattern NIGHT SHIFTS ONLY (22:00–07:00) 6 × 9‑hour shifts per week About the Individual The service user is a 16‑month‑old male with complex medical needs who requires full assistance with all aspects of care. Clinical needs include: Paediatric tracheostomy care/Tracheostomy suction Medication administration Nebuliser administration Monitoring vital signs Seizure management PEG feeding (NG TUBE) Oxygen administration Training Requirements Successful candidates must: Complete 3 shadow shifts along with tracheostomy singing off by dedicated Clinical Lead. 3 night shifts Be clinically vetted and fully cleared prior to starting Attend bespoke in-house training and tracheostomy training with our Clinical Educators.
