We are currently recruiting for an Employment Adviser to join our team. Your role will involve providing advice and support to guide and motivate participants to overcome barriers to employment and achieve their job goals. You will manage a caseload, act as a coach and mentor, and build strong, positive relationships to help customers secure sustainable employment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be target-driven, and motivated. You should have a high level of initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure. We value candidates who can provide first-class customer service and are committed to empowering lives and improving communities.
This role is part of our Restart Scheme, supporting unemployed individuals back into work. We offer a competitive salary of £26,500 to £29,545 per annum (dependent on experience), along with benefits such as paid leave, pension, healthcare, and career progression opportunities.
