Business Development Sales Executive
Location: Norwich, Norfolk.
Role: Sales, Phone & Field Based.
Contract: Full Time, Permanent. 37 hours per week.
Required: Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle.

What You'll Be Doing:
Proactively identify and target new companies that could benefit from their product.
Visit customer premises to present technical solutions and secure new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customer and colleagues alike.
Manage and develop new accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Make outbound calls to qualify potential opportunities and promote products.
Work with the Manager on quotations, sales strategies, and marketing initiatives.
Use sales software to track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups, ensuring a consistent pipeline.
Achieve personal sales targets while contributing to the overall team goals.
Represent the company at trade shows to generate leads and strengthen networks.
What You'll Need to Have:
A proven experience in B2B sales or a strong retail/sales background.
Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
Confident, outgoing personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Happy to travel for customer visits and exhibitions.
Details & Benefits:
Salary Circa: £28,500 to £30,000 p.a.
Contract: Full Time, Permanent. 37 hours per week.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm (flexitime on start between 8.00am and 9.00am).
Holiday Allowance: 20 days + bank holidays.
The business closes over the Christmas to New Year period.
