About the Role
As a Pension Administrator, you will manage the company's employee pension and benefits programs, offering guidance and analysis while overseeing invoice payments and plan renewals. You will ensure all related programs are administered in compliance with established guidelines, procedures, and applicable laws. Additionally, you may stay updated on trends and developments in employee pensions and benefits, and assist in communicating pension and benefit information to employees.
Responsibilities
1. Work with regional Reward teams and external vendors to ensure efficient administration.
2. Coordinate with the US team to ensure timely statutory reporting.
3. Ensure the prompt payment of invoices.
4. Develop and maintain employee communications to enhance engagement and understanding.
5. Provide information and guidance to plan participants regarding eligibility, benefits, and provisions.
6. Prepare communication materials such as webinars, statements, and newsletters.
7. Respond to inquiries from employees, retirees, and external stakeholders about pension plans.
8. Support Regional Reward leads with advice and assistance.
9. Monitor project income and collaborate with the International Pensions and Benefits Specialist to ensure projects are delivered on plan and on budget.
10. Work with the Reward Operations team to improve processes.
11. Cover for the International Pensions and Benefits Specialist as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
* Comprehensive understanding of pension and benefit principles and theories.
* Experience working in high-volume roles within large, complex organizations.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
* Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
* Ability to perform administrative tasks, including payroll queries and inter-department coordination.
