Due to their ambitious growth plans, theyre looking for a People Partner to support their awesome CPO with a huge transformation agenda. The Role You'll work closely with leadership to align people strategies with business goals, drive organisational effectiveness, and foster a culture that reflects the companys values. Key Responsibilities: Advise on workforce planning and organisational design Manage complex employee relations issues Lead change initiatives, team restructures, and communication planning Support people processes across the employee lifecycle Provide data-driven HR insights on engagement and performance Partner on DEI, compensation, and policy development What Youll Bring (essential for this role) You must have progressive HR experience in tech, SaaS, or any growing/scaling business Solid knowledge of UK & US employment law, comp & bens etc (Middle East a plus) Energy, resilience, highly engaging and authentic style, bags of enthusiasm and a good dose of humility Experience within M&A, ideally TUPE and integrating company cultures Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience with Org Design/Org Development, Talent Management & Succession Planning, DEI, Engagement, and Performance Management strategies CIPD Level 5 preferred Whats on offer Competitive salary of up to £60k (FTE) although this is ideally a 4 day per week role £1,000 L&D budget 25 days holiday, birthday off, and option to buy more Mental health and Medicash healthcare support Enhanced family and sick leave Charity leave and a dog friendly office Flexible hybrid working (1 day/month in Leeds) Regular socials a flexible benefits platform Were keen to speak to experienced HR Business Partners who are values-led, people-focused, and excited to make a difference - this is your opportunity.
