( to be discussed at interview stage) About the Role : We’re looking for a skilled Process Technician ( Electrical ) to join our Wastewater Treatment Team. In this vital role, you’ll be at the frontline of maintaining and repairing wastewater treatment works, sludge treatment centres, and pumping stations. Your work ensures compliance with environmental standards, protects our communities, and keeps essential services running smoothly. You’ll use your electrica l expertise to prevent pollution s, maintain operational efficiency, and introduce innovative solutions for continuous improvement on our WasteWater sites. Every day brings new challenges, and your proactive approach will make a real difference to our customers and the environment. What We’re Looking For : You don’t need experience in the water industry—we welcome fresh perspectives! However, you must have: ✔ Level 3 NVQ qualification (with supporting certificates) We’re also looking for someone who is: Skilled in mechanical systems, with a strong understanding of pumping station operations and wastewater treatment processes A natural problem-solver who can identify issues and implement solutions A clear communicator, confident in liaising with internal teams and external contractors Resilient and adaptable in a fast-changing environment Be able to work independently and part of a team Must be in possession of a clean, UK Driving Licence What’s in it for you?
