As Soft Services Manager, you'll oversee the planning, implementation and maintenance of the soft services across our estate. With your expertise, you'll be responsible for excellent service delivery while ensuring the customer experience is always at a high standard. You'll be highly organised and reactive, and manage workflows while continuously looking for ways we can improve.
Articulate and engaging, you'll chair customer relationship meetings and provide supportive leadership to the soft services delivery teams. With your ability to negotiate, you'll work with stakeholders and senior staff to set high standards for services ranging from logistics to front of house. You'll enjoy working collaboratively and encourage your team to contribute to discussions.
To join, you'll have a membership or qualifications recognised by a building services professional organisation. You'll hold Member status at IWFM Level 4/5, and have a good knowledge and experience of Joint Services Publications.
