Our workshop team maintain our fleet of 195 trailers and 85 trucks to a high standard in our excellent workshop facilities we have on site. Our Partnership with Renault Trucks Scotland has developed into a West of Scotland service point supporting the Renault brand growth. With this expansion we are now recruiting for full time HGV Technician(s) to join our team. Working within our workshop and responding to callouts in a time sensitive and efficient manner. HGV experience essential and trailer experience preferable.
Ensuring the Fleet are compliant to Roadworthiness Regulations
Maintaining Fleet compliance through regular service inspections
Preparing vehicles for MOT testing
Callout ROTA covering fleet and Renault 24/7 vehicles
Weekend shift ROTA
Responding to defect reporting processes and carrying out rectifications on Fleet vehicles and customer vehicles
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Repair and Maintenance (for HGV Mechanics)
Previous commercial vehicles experience
Able to demonstrate knowledge and experience as an HGV Mechanic - Essential
LGV C+E licence beneficial not essential
