About the apprenticeship
Duties
Support consultants by helping to check candidate files for required compliance documents before they start work.
Contact candidates to request missing documentation and follow up as needed.
Assist in preparing contracts and other paperwork under supervision.
Help prepare materials for meetings and workshops.
Occasionally support Directors and Senior Managers with admin tasks.
Answer incoming calls and assist with candidate registrations.
Accurately input and update candidate and placement information using our secure company systems.
Use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) for day-to-day tasks.
Help monitor qualification expiry dates and contact candidates for renewals, escalating where needed.
Work with consultants to ensure placement records are kept up to date and closed correctly.
Support the communication of compliance changes across departments via email or team sessions.
Monitor unsubscribe requests and ensure they are actioned appropriately.
Contribute to ad hoc tasks and projects, including database cleanses and process improvements.
