Responsibilities
* Deliver high standards of personal care, ensuring continuity of services to residents as part of the care team.
* Recognise and respond to clinical risk areas in residents such as weight loss, pressure ulcers, risk of falls, signs of infection, and escalate identified risks promptly.
* Act courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident.
* Practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
About You / Qualifications

* Experience is not required as Avery Healthcare offers a thorough induction and training programme to ensure confidence in the role.
* Have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
* Demonstrate initiative and show respect towards residents and other people in the home.
* Be an efficient worker able to follow reasonable instructions from team members.
* Be adaptable and able to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
