Project Description
The project operates across Swansea working with rough sleepers, providing basic humanitarian aid in the community with the aim of engaging vulnerable individuals in support services and signposting to relevant support. We also allocate Emergency Beds and manage chalet accommodation, working as part of a close‑knit supportive team on the breakfast run at Zac’s Place and in outreach across Swansea.
Purpose of Role
To coordinate and provide support that enables and empowers Service Users to address housing and/or personal difficulties, build their skills and confidence, and ultimately improve their ability to access and maintain accommodation. Support will help people improve their control, understanding and involvement in dealing with the issues that affect them, and assist Service Users to achieve their preferred outcomes.
