Job Description:
A superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced surveyor to manage the maintenance, compliance, and minor project work across this company's Midlands portfolio.
Working remotely from home, you'll use your skills as a project manager, building surveyor, facilities manager, or similar to visit various sites and assess the condition of properties as needed.
Building relationships with site teams is essential, ensuring oversight of both planned maintenance and reactive issues. You will also be responsible for compliance across the estate, so experience with compliance and facilities management is important. Additionally, you will handle project work by organizing through JCT contracts, including writing specifications, tendering to contractors, and ensuring quality standards.
You don't need to be chartered, but experience working autonomously across multiple sites is beneficial. Project delivery experience up to £300k is required, along with some knowledge of facilities, compliance, and maintenance.
