Join our team and you'll be responsible for developing back-end features (.NET) for our CV generator and apply journey, supporting key initiatives that help users create CVs and connect with recruiters.
Working in the Donut Raptors department you will write well-tested, scalable code for products that allow users to generate CV documents and process job applications across all our brands.

Your responsibilities
1. Develop back-end features (.NET) to support apply-related initiatives
2. Lead technical discussions and mentor team members
3. Write well-tested, scalable, and performant code
4. Experience with DevOps (Git, Bamboo, Terraform) and QA collaboration for testing
5. Knowledge of best practices in system monitoring and observability
Qualifications

6. Ability to mentor and guide junior team members
7. Strong coding skills with a track record of delivering innovative solutions
8. Good communication skills with a proactive approach to technical discussions and delivery
9. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in self-sufficient and independent team environments
10. Proficiency in Scrum methodology and experience with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack
