What youll be doing

Working across the People function, youll use data to tell compelling stories, influence decisions, and strengthen our overall people strategy. Youll be a trusted expert in reward analysis and people insights, delivering clear, meaningful recommendations that shape both policy and experience.

Reward & People Data Analyst Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering high-quality analysis on key People topics such as pay, benefits, attrition, and workforce metrics
• Analysing and modelling data (primarily in Excel) to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities
