* Investigating customer queries and complaints, working closely with internal departments to provide effective solutions.
* Supporting Technical Sales Managers (TSMs) with technical and commercial inquiries.
* Using data to support forecasting, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.
* Taking the lead in coordinating repairs and maintaining data accuracy in our ERP and CRM systems.
