The Role: As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students who may be at risk of exclusion or are already in alternative provision due to challenging behaviour, trauma, or complex SEMH needs. Working closely with teaching staff, SEN teams, and pastoral leaders, you’ll help create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where students can re-engage with learning and develop essential life skills. Key Responsibilities: Build positive, trusted relationships with students who display challenging or disruptive behaviour. Provide 1:1 and small group interventions focused on emotional regulation, resilience, and positive behaviour.
