Supportive team environment with ongoing professional trainingDuties of a Fast Fit Technician:
Perform tyre fitting to a high standard, including emergency puncture repairs and fitting of runflat and EV tyres
Conduct wheel alignments (training provided; preferred but not essential)
Carry out vehicle health checks and fault diagnoses
Conduct routine repairs such as brake replacements, exhaust fitting, and air conditioning servicing
Liaise with customers to explain required work and promote additional services
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
Stay up-to-date with automotive technology advancements and participate in training sessionsRequirements of a Fast Fit Technician:
Enthusiastic and experienced tyre technician or fast fit mechanic
Strong technical skills in tyre fitting and basic mechanical repairs
Ability to multi-task efficiently in a busy workshop environment
Knowledge of wheel alignment, brakes, exhaust systems, and air conditioning (desirable)
Excellent customer service skills and proactive approach
Willingness to learn and engage in manufacturer training
