Field Service Technician Bristol / Exeter, United Kingdom
This role involves installing, debugging, and maintaining hardware and software, primarily at customer sites. The technician will perform scheduled inspections, minor repairs, and customer training, ensuring high satisfaction and proper product operation.
Responsibilities
* Install, debug, and maintain ATMs, retail, and other equipment within assigned territories.
* Handle incidents using diagnostic tools, troubleshoot hardware and software failures.
* Perform hardware repairs, mechanical adjustments, and software configurations.
* Conduct preventive maintenance and refill consumables as needed.
* Manage hardware and software changes, moves, and installations (IMAC/R).
* Train customers on hardware and software usage.
* Coordinate with dispatch, update on activities, and inform customers about progress.
* Identify process improvements and share knowledge proactively.
Qualifications
* Relevant education or work experience.
* 2-4 years of experience in field service or similar.
* Strong communication skills.
* Valid driver's license meeting fleet requirements.
