ODIN Recruitment is seeking a proactive and highly organised Health & Safety Coordinator to enhance our client’s safety management framework across multiple sites. This position blends hands-on operational execution with strategic influence, working closely with site teams, managers, and senior leadership to foster a robust and consistent safety culture. The successful candidate will report directly to the Senior Leadership Team and will have the opportunity to progress into the Health & Safety Manager role over time. Key Responsibilities: People & Training Deliver comprehensive Health & Safety inductions for all new starters. Manage the ECS Employer Portal components including: User administration Assessment assignments Card applications Regularly update and maintain the company Training Matrix. Coordinate training schedules and arrange external courses as required. Compliance & Risk Track, review, and maintain risk assessments for all activities and sites. Support permit-to-work application processes effectively. Enforce the company’s Health & Safety Policy, ensuring its consistent application across all teams. Apply technical knowledge of: CDM Regulations Working at Height PUWER Inspections & Assurance Conduct regular site inspections, providing clear written reports and findings.
