Regional Commercial Manager - Social Housing Planned Works & Decarbonisation £105K + Bonus + Benefits North London We are working with a leading regeneration contractor to recruit a Senior Commercial Manager to deliver a £50m portfolio of planned maintenance, decarbonisation/retrofit and high-rise refurbishment projects across the London & South region for Housing Associations, Local Councils, and RSLs. As a key member of the leadership team, you play a crucial role in driving the commercial strategy across the region.
