The Role
This role sits within the Global Recruitment Operations function, a key function within Colleague Services and is responsible for all post offer activities leading to Day 1 onboarding.
This position will focus on Background Verification requirements for the EMEA region, responsible for interpreting background verification records and associated information to determine the eligibility of employment within the business.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing support with end-to-end processing of global pre-employment background verification cases across vendor platform.
Owning the DBS ID Validation process for the UK
Proactively reviewing background verification reports and communicate with candidate/colleagues to obtain any information and/or documentation to support insufficiencies and check discrepancies
Maintain and respond to case inquiries from stakeholders
Review and designate the candidate/employee's final background verification report and communicate the result to stakeholders
Maintain data integrity by actively managing and updating the Background Verification Vendor system in real time
Assist in compiling reports and analytics related to background verificationTo be successful in this role, you will have:
Ideally, 2+ years of experience in Background Verification/Recruitment Administration or related field preferred
Detail oriented and a problem solver with the ability to interpret data and make clear and actionable recommendations
Ability to adapt quickly to changing work environment with ability to absorb additional responsibilities
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Advance knowledge of Excel is preferred
Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities are required with experience working in a team oriented, collaborative environment
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments with effective resolution of conflicting priorities in a timely manner
Experience in working to tight deadlines, with multiple SLAs
