Sales are generated through both end- user channels and strong distributor partnerships. New product development sits firmly at their core and can be offered to one off customers or across the wider product portfolio. Incremental levels of capital investment has established a modern and effective manufacturing facility allowing the site to comfortably absorb the planned productivity increase.
The Role & Person
Growth opportunities exist within the UK, US and through Europe. Following promotion of the current marketing head to Director the group wish to invite a marketing professional of the highest calibre into the commercial team.
By taking ownership of daily marketing activities you will craft and further enhance marketing strategies that have witnessed significant upgrade and modernization during the past 5 years. You will create and execute impactful marketing initiatives (digital channels, trade shows, press/advertorials, other B2B channels) that will drive commercial growth and develop campaigns in key global markets. New product development, product marketing, demand generation, brand management and sales and trade enablement will be your responsibility as will the organisation and delivery of International trade shows.
This is a full cycle marketing role and as such requires a mind that knows how to prioritize where first to start and is able to separate the noise and chatter from dedicated and evidenced commercial return. A close partnership with the sales and BD teams will be a critical link to success.
You will have an impressive and proven marketing record from within an industrial business and be ideally degree educated and CIM qualified. A sharp and agile mind, backed by dogged determination but balanced with patience will be required along with an evidenced track record of success from within a modern and forward looking company operating as best in class.
