Interaction Eduacation are pleased to be supporting a lovely school in Daventry in their search for a School Administrator (SIMS/ARBOR/BROMCOM experience absolutely essential) ahead of the new school year.
This particular position is a temp to perm opportunity, with 12 weeks of temporary work, followed by an offer of a permanent role should everything be working well for both the school and the candidate.
The role will pay between 14 and 18 pounds per hour, depending on experience, and would suit someone who has previous school based experience in this role, or a similar role in the school setting.
Key responsibilities for this position are as follows:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily office functions and support the leadership team
2. Manage pupil data, attendance, and reporting using MIS systems
3. Supervise admin staff and ensure smooth workflow
4. Support admissions, safeguarding, and compliance processes
Essential Skills:
5. Strong experience in a school office environment
6. Proficient in SIMS, Bromcom, or Arbor
7. Excellent communication and organisational skills
