A large global organisation are looking for a Data & AI Program Lead who would be responsible for driving the vision, strategy and execution of data, analytics and AI.
This will be an initial 6 - 12 months+ contract with the opportunity for multiple extensions.
The role can be worked 100% remotely from the UK.
Key Skills/Responsibilities:
* Define and maintain the Data & AI program strategy aligned with business and digital transformation objectives.
* Build and manage a multi-year roadmap covering data platforms, advanced analytics, machine learning, and GenAI applications.
* Identify high-value business use cases in areas such as marketing, R&D, medical affairs, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain.
* 7–12+ years of experience in data, analytics, AI, or digital transformation roles.
* Proven track record leading complex data/AI programs in regulated environments.
* Strong understanding of data architecture, ML/AI technologies, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Experience working with cross-functional teams in commercial, R&D, medical, or supply chain contexts.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and program governance skills.
* Knowledge of Generative AI, LLM integration, prompt engineering, and responsible AI frameworks.
* Familiarity with GxP systems, clinical data standards, PV requirements, and regulatory submissions.
