About The Role

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep business expertise and a sharp eye for rigorous, professional‑quality reasoning.

What You'll Do
* Design Complex Business Challenges — Create advanced case studies, quantitative problems, and strategic scenarios across domains like corporate finance, market strategy, operations, and cap table modeling.
* Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Develop rigorous, step‑by‑step responses featuring financial statements, recognized frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive‑quality strategic rationales that serve as benchmarks for AI training.
* Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI‑generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional business standards.
* Sharpen AI Reasoning — Identify and document logical failures — such as ignoring sunk costs, miscalculating WACC, or misreading macroeconomic variables — and provide structured, actionable feedback.
* Stress‑Test the Model — Push AI reasoning to its limits across corporate finance, marketing, operations, and strategic management to expose gaps and harden model performance.
Who You Are
* Holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution.
* Strong foundational expertise in at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management.
* Able to synthesize complex data and produce executive‑style written recommendations with clarity and precision.
* Meticulous when working with financial formulas, data interpretation, and structured business arguments.
* Self‑directed and comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment.
* No prior AI or tech experience required.
Nice to Have
* Background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
* Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or structured review workflows.
* Proficiency in data‑driven decision tools such as Excel modeling, Tableau, or SQL.
* Familiarity with AI tools or language model evaluation as an end user.
