Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons tailored to Key Stage 1 students.
2. Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that supports the academic and personal growth of each student.
3. Utilise a variety of teaching strategies and resources to promote student engagement and learning.
4. Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support their developmental needs.
5. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for students.
Requirements:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
7. Proven experience working as a KS1 Teacher, preferably in a UK-based primary school setting.
8. Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
9. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
10. Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in young children.
