South of England, Ideally based: Ware, Hoddesdon, Broxbourne, Cheshunt, Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield, Stevenage, Baldock, Hertford, Luton, Dunstable

£45,000 - £48,000 + Company Vehicle + Pension + Holiday + Progression Opportunities


Are you an experienced Installations Manager looking to join a growing business offering autonomy, progression, and the opportunity to take ownership of your region?

This is an excellent opportunity to lead installation operations across the South of England for a company known for their high-quality kitchen and stone products, where you'll play a key role in improving performance, customer satisfaction, and team stability.

The company are a well-established fabricator and installer of bespoke kitchen worktops and surfaces, supplying high-end residential and commercial clients nationwide. Due to continued growth and internal restructuring, they're now looking for an experienced Installations Manager to oversee operations across the southern region.

In this role, you'll manage teams of installers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You'll be responsible for scheduling, customer liaison, quality control, and health & safety compliance, as well as supporting the development of installation teams to drive consistency and retention.

This role would suit someone with management experience in kitchen, worktop, or interior installations, who is confident leading field teams and maintaining high customer and quality standards.

The Role:

1. Overseeing installation teams across the South of England
2. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, to specification, and within budget
3. Conducting site visits, toolbox talks, and quality audits
4. Liaising with clients and internal teams to resolve issues quickly
5. Managing health & safety, scheduling, and resource allocation
6. Driving continuous improvement and team development

The Person:

7. Experienced Installations or Field Manager (Kitchens, Worktops, or Interiors)
8. Proven background leading installer or fitting teams
9. Strong communication, organisation, and customer service skills
10. IOSH / H&S awareness desirable
11. Full UK Driving Licence
