Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours per week
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday. Flexibility is required, occasional evenings and weekends required to support at events.
Salary: £34,067 per annum
Location: Sale Road Norwich with a requirement to travel between Norwich, North, East, South and West Norfolk. Must hold a valid UK driving licence, have access to own vehicle with business insurance. Mileage is paid at 45p per mile for cars after your home to work base mileage is deducted.
Are you a strategic, creative, and motivated marketing professional looking to make a meaningful impact? Norfolk and Waveney Mind is seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to lead our organisation’s marketing, brand, and communications activity.
As our Marketing and Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping public perception and strengthening awareness of Norfolk and Waveney Mind. You will be responsible for developing and delivering strategic marketing initiatives that enhance our brand visibility, drive engagement across our communities, and support the promotion of our operational services.
A significant focus of this role will be to support and elevate our fundraising efforts, helping us grow income, reach new audiences, and tell powerful stories that inspire support for our mission. You will also oversee and deliver effective organisational communications, ensuring clear, consistent, and impactful messaging both internally and externally. A key part of this will be embedding strong EDI and inclusivity objectives throughout all our communications, ensuring our messaging reflects and strengthens our commitment to inclusivity. Leading a small team, you will bring energy, expertise, and innovation to our work, ensuring our communications reflect our values and amplify the voices of the people we support.

* Confident marketer with experience developing and delivering successful strategies.

* Able to manage multiple priorities with creativity and attention to detail.
* Passionate about mental health and committed to our mission and values.
