TL;DR: Location: Belfast Contract: 35hrs M - F Salary: £29 - 33k doe Role Purpose: You'll lead our employer and stakeholder engagement strategy across Belfast, securing meaningful work placements, job opportunities, CPD links and referral partnerships that directly benefit programme participants and staff. In this role, you will: Shape and implement our employer and stakeholder engagement strategy, aligning with programme goals and social impact objectives. Secure high-quality opportunities including - Work experience and job placements; social value placements; referrals and wraparound support for participants; CPD for staff; Employer/stakeholder participation in our Steering Group Develop strong, purposeful relationships with employers, local authorities, government bodies and community organisations-representing Get Set UK with professionalism and care. Ensure all engagement activity meets safeguarding, quality assurance and data protection standards. Work closely with internal teams to ensure all opportunities are effectively routed, tracked and reported (e.g. through Careers Advisors, contract delivery teams, CRM systems).
