Overview
The University of Southampton has an in-house parking support service providing cover across a number of sites and is looking for additional full time permanent support officers. You will be contracted to 36 hours per week, Mon-Fri with start times varying between 8am-9am. You may occasionally be required to cover weekend events, by prior arrangement and in lieu of your normal hours.
Responsibilities
* Customer Service - engaging with staff, students and visitors to provide a positive customer experience
* Support our Security Team - by assisting them during emergency incidents
* Parking Enforcement - Ensuring the University\'s parking regulations are appropriately enforced
Qualifications
* A full, manual car Driving Licence is required
* You should also be able to demonstrate a good customer focused work record
Timeline
Interviews for this position are expected to be held in November 2023, for a January 2024 start.
