Service Coordinator - Assisted Discharge
Location: Poole, Dorset with occasional travel to Royal Bournemouth Hospital (On-site)
Salary: £23,590 to £25,155 per annum, pro rata
Hours: 21 per week (Mon, Tues & Wed 8am - 4pm)
Contract: Permanent
Additional Requirement: Applicants must have a full manual licence (2 years) and access to a vehicle.
Please note: from August 2026, the service will relocate and be based solely at the Royal Bournemouth site.
