We have a rare opportunity for an organised and enthusiastic individual to become part of our well-established team within Fodder.
As business support administrator you will be at the centre of our vibrant and fast-paced operations. Every day will bring something different, as you will manage a variety of tasks and requests simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Acting as the primary point of contact for the General Manager and management team, you will provide essential administrative support and assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with our EPOS system to ensure all orders placed have traceability, are checked off and booked in and invoiced.
* Carry out and support with a wide range of administrative tasks as required by the Business Support Manager.
* Handle a wide range of enquiries from the management team, suppliers, customers and the Fodder team.
* Respond to customer enquiries, emails and online reviews and support the department heads with ensuring these are dealt with in a timely manner.
* Support the management team with placing orders.
* Produce sales reports and data as required using the EPOS system.
About You
We're looking for a proactive and reliable team player who thrives in a busy, varied environment and enjoys engaging with people. You'll need to be highly organised, detail-focused, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
Skills and experience:
* Proven experience in an administrative role.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Strong IT skills, with high proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Ability to work independently and use initiative and be able to cope under pressure.
* A positive attitude, common sense, and a good sense of humour!
