This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional to play a vital role in supporting both customer relationships and internal teams. You will be the first point of contact for a broad range of clients — handling sales orders, answering product queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience from start to finish.
Handle customer orders via phone and email, inputting them accurately into the ERP system
✅ Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations) to deliver seamless service
✅ Resolve complaints or complex issues promptly and professionally
✅ Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and internal systems
✅ Support customer success through a solution-led, personalised approach
Experience in customer service or client support roles
✔ Confident communicator with excellent phone and email etiquette
✔ Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)
