Cluster Manager – Oil And Gas -Chemicals - COMAHGrangemouth based with travel to other sites (hybrid working)£60,000 - £70,000 plus bonus and company car A Cluster Manager is wanted on a permanent basis by a global client of ours who are at the forefront of their industry. The successful candidate will ensure operational management to employees across three sites (including Grangemouth, Clydebank and Inverness).This is a permanent opportunity that includes a base salary of circa £65,000 plus a 10% bonus, a company car, and other benefits. Overview of the Cluster Manager role:Provide strong leadership to the operations team and oversee continuous development of the Regional Cluster Operations team and assets in line with the organization's values & strategic model.Work with, and support other departments to maximize asset availability and minimize downtime without compromising safety, legislative or corporate, and/or regional inspection and/or repair requirements. Produce & implement operational processes, procedures, and working practices in line with corporate, objectives, manuals, and goals.
