Your new role Coordinating and scheduling MS Teams invites & meetings Managing shared team inbox and responding to queries Responding to training requests Logging attendees for training courses First point of contact for internal and external queries via phone and email What you'll need to succeed Proven administration experience including scheduling meetings, checking calendars, issuing invites. Proficient in the use of MS Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint Excellent organisation skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Must be available to work Tues, Wed & Thurs in the office.
