Our Meallmore team at Culduthel is ready to warmly welcome you as a Receptionist within their care home. Located in Inverness, Culduthel offers a choice of modern, luxury private ensuite rooms and executive suites that include all modern conveniences and are fully accessible. We provide the highest quality 24-hour personalised nursing care for older people, including the frail elderly and those living with dementia and its related conditions.
Your role as a Meallmore Receptionist will include:
1. Providing high-quality customer service to clients and visitors
2. Greeting all clients and visitors and offering refreshments
3. Completing all administrative tasks allocated during the shift
4. Ensuring the café areas are stocked, clean, and tidy
5. Assisting at mealtimes
6. Maintaining the home’s appearance with a keen eye for detail
Qualifications and skills:
1. Front of House catering experience in a quality environment is essential
2. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with a range of people
3. Previous experience in administration
4. Knowledge and experience of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
5. Understanding of the importance of excellent customer service, preferably with a qualification in customer service
